- Photo files should have a resolution of 300 dpi or greater at final size.
- PDF files must be created “oversize” if bleeds are needed, preferably 1/8”.
- When creating PDF files, be sure that “Press Optimized” is selected in Acrobat Distiller before creating the PDF.

- Colors should be defined as Black, Pantone Spot Colors, or 4/C Process (CMYK), Not RGB.
- Page layout document should match the size of the finished piece.
- Use crop marks from the print menu – do not place crop marks within the document manually.
- Photo files should be saved as .tif or .eps, not jpeg. Do not use jpeg encoding.
